    -Upgraded existing PCs with hardware and software improvements (Windows 95, MS Office, AS/400 and others).

    -Installed and updated office software on student, faculty and staff desktop and notebook PCs.

    -Administered Novell NetWare Network, upgrading and troubleshooting office, classroom and lab computers attached to the Local Area Network.
